A beautiful, relaxing stay right on the beach! Seeing gopher tortoises eating cactus flowers on the grounds was also a highlight!! Lovely place to stay for fun in the sun:).

This was the perfect place for our long-weekend! I was so impressed with the thoughtful extra touches made available by the owners. They thought of everything… from beach chairs to toiletries… these little extras made it truly feel like our home away from home! We will definitely be back!

My husband and 3 grandbabies stayed here last week and when I tell you we could've brought nothing but our clothes, I mean it. Every detail that even I couldn't think of was in this beautiful home.Everything from the air temperature to the closests filled with beach toys , silver ware, games, soft comfy beds, washer and dryer, plump towels, the pool was excellent , the patio was perfect, I can't love this more and we will be back. Wonderful hosts. I even got locked out because I forgot code and they responded immediatley. It was a joy and I wish we had booked for longer. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving vacation with daughters and Grandson

Everything was perfect and the condo was clean and very well stocked with all our needs. My grandson who lives in Jacksonville, was able to spend with his Mom, Aunt, and Grandma. We miss him a lot! Ocean was amazing and we also went sight seeing in Fernandinho Beach and St.Augustine.

Excellent Vacation with Beautiful Sunrise!

Our condo was as described, with all the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay. It was clean and the communications were timely. Everything we needed to cook with was provided, as well as beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Just a few steps from the pool and a large uncrowded beach with beautiful sunrises. This one is a keeper whenever we are in the area again!!!

Beautiful and Quiet

The unit we had was so quiet and pretty. We had everything we needed. I could not think of a single thing we needed that we didn't already have, including beach chairs, beach towels, laundry soap and so much more. The explicit instructions before arriving and the guide left in the unit were so, so helpful. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes. The pool area was pristine at all times. Thank you!

Great location

The location is very convenient when visiting Jacksonville and the beach but avoiding the city. We had a rental vehicle; parking is free and just outside the balcony. Amelia Island is quaint with good restaurants. The beach area is beautiful and it’s helpful that beach chairs and towels are provided. You can barely see the beach from the condo, but it’s a very short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. We liked the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces for our teenagers. The dishwasher was full when we arrived and we couldn’t get the soap dispenser to release correctly so we left a note at the end of our stay. Overall-pictures are accurate and we’d recommend this space.

The condo was perfect for 4 adults. Visiting family in the area and was a good choice For us. Neighbor upstairs could have been a little more conscious of others down below them. They allowed their child to run up and down and jump off furniture way too early in the morning. Understand this is not the fault of the condo owner. Condo was great.

Beautiful Stay

The location is perfect. I read some reviews that said it was a drive to get to stuff. The drive really is not that bad. This is coming from someone who lives in the country and everything is a drive anyhow. But, there are restaurants close by and a few souvenir shops close by. The condo is right on the beach with a lovely, well maintained boardwalk to get down to the beach. The entire condo grounds are very well maintained and clean. The condo was very clean which was wonderful because I have stayed in my share of rentals that were not cleaned well at all. The actual view of the ocean is just like the pictures show, it is a side view from the little porch area and the main bedroom. The only reason I gave less than five stars for the communication with property manager was because our wifi went out for one entire day. So, we couldn't use the tv or our phones. We didn't know at the time that it was xfinity that went down and we tried to contact the property manager to see what if anything we could do to remedy the problem and we never did hear back from them. The only way we knew it was a problem with xfinity was we went someplace that had wifi to use our phones and my husband found that the entire area was down. So, it had nothing to do with the property or property manager but I just thought that they may have at least reached out when we tried to contact them. Otherwise, great stay and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The condo was clean and very nice. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The host was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. He was very accomodating to our requests. We were actually able to have an early check in and a late check out. I definitely would recommend this unit! We are hoping to stay there again in the future.
