This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is updated and the perfect place for your next island vacation. The cool and calming color palette used throughout sets the tone for a relaxing stay at this Summer Beach slice of paradise! As you enter you will notice the main level bedroom featuring two twin beds, plantation shutters and 60 inch flat screen smart TV. Just across the foyer is a gorgeously redone full bath with a combination bathtub/shower, a beautiful vanity with vessel sink, and stunning grasscloth wallpaper. There is ample seating in the tiled living room which features a stylishly slipcovered sofa, loveseat and two matching swivel chairs all centered around a 60 inch flat screen smart TV. This beautifully decorated living space overlooks the Sailmaker pool and has a gorgeous peekaboo ocean view from the living space and balcony! The fully stocked and recently renovated kitchen is adjacent to the living room. This luxury kitchen features blonde maple cabinets and stainless appliances complimenting the dark granite countertops. The dining table seats four and there is room for three more at the bar area. Sliding glass doors and large windows allow for full Florida sunshine on this level! Stepping through the sliding glass doors you'll find a private balcony which overlooks the community pool. The pool is not heated but the weather was a little cool in April for a swim. We were seniors and the stairs are a little steep with two different step down that can be tricky. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the refreshing pool. The condo was very clean and exactly like the listing. The management company was more than great with their communication. We have no negatives on this condo. It is tastefully decorated and it has everything needed for a great experience. It looks brand new although the complex has been around for awhile. It is very clean and so beautifully appointed. The location is great as it is 3-4 minutes from the beach. We had beach gear but there was additional gear in the closet. Do not hesitate to rent this condo. You will not be disappointed. The deck was so relaxing for breakfast and in the evenings.
