The owner Margaret is very nice and easy to communicate with. The home itself leaves a little to be desired as far as being a little musty, creaky and a few interior doors don’t latch closed. To be expected I guess for an older home. The home has a secondary rental unit in the backyard which I was not aware of until arriving, so you will have other renters walking into the backyard. Also the driveway is a long single wide so just makes it a little difficult to get cars in/ out if one is parked behind the other. I would suggest a toaster as the kitchen did not have one. The property has heavy landscaping/ tree growth and made for excessive mosquitoes around the home so we weren’t able to spend any real time out front or back. ##### Laura S.
