The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. You will also have to submit pictures of photo IDs (e.g., driver's license, passport, etc.) for ALL adults on the reservation, as this is a requirement of the complex you'll be staying at. Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 1 allowed pet(s)! Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. I enjoyed my stay at the "Beachy Oasis" — great location and amenities. The apartment itself was super nice, very clean, and quiet, which made it easy to relax at the end of the day. The common areas, including the clubhouse and gym, were fantastic. I made use of the gym every morning, and the facilities and equipment are top-notch. This is exactly as described. It’s in a new area and has easy access. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of 4 and so there was some noise from the upstairs and downstairs apartments, but overall it was quiet and private., and we felt safe. There is a clubhouse close that has a great pool and hang out area. The small balcony faces some woods and the walking track where we watched people walking their dogs.
