On the first floor, the serene primary suite offers a luxurious King bed, soft linens, and a private en-suite bathroom with double vanity and spacious walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find two additional comfortable bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and a fun bunk room with Queen beds on both the top and bottom bunks — ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. The upstairs bathroom is a convenient Jack and Jill style shared between the bedrooms. A full laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience.

House Rules and Important Notes
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM for peaceful stays.
• No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Guests are responsible for any applicable cleaning or odor-removal charges.
• Pet Policy: No pets allowed. If a pet is brought to the property, a 350 USD deep-cleaning charge will apply.
• Security Features: 2 exterior cameras on the front of the house for the driveway and floodlight above the front entrance for safety; no indoor cameras.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in; standard 4 PM arrival, 10 AM departure. Late checkout may be available on request; please message us at least 24 hours ahead.
• Damage Waiver: 1,500 USD coverage through Waivo (terms apply).
• Additional Rules: No parties or events; maximum occupancy 8 guests. Enhanced cleaning protocols for spotless arrivals. Trash pickup days vary; place bin curbside the night before.
