Sleeping arrangements for each side of the duplex include one guest bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom, guest bedroom on the 3rd floor with en suite bathroom and the primary bedroom on the 3rd floor with views of the ocean and en suite bathroom. The spacious living area and kitchen are on the second floor.

*PLEASE NOTE* This is a duplex with two separate units. This is a great rental for two families traveling together who want separate spaces under the same roof!

Each side has separate entrances, and you cannot access one side from the other.

Please note: there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door that is motion sensitive and always recording for the safety of our guests.

This property is fantastic for a group of friends! All rooms have spacious, clean; and new bathrooms. The host was very responsive and attentive to any questions we had throughout the stay making for an easy and enjoyable time in Jacksonville. Would 100% stay at this property again!

The property was beautiful. Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved that all bedrooms were en suites. The condo's kitchens were well equipped. Very clean! We would stay there again!

This property was perfect for our large group of 10 adults. It was so beautifully beach decorated. I would definitely recommend this highly and return myself . So close to the beach which is a must for me.
