Located in Building B at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, High Surf offers breathtaking penthouse oceanfront views.

This renovated condo features two oceanfront bedroom suites with balconies. The Master bedroom has a king bed, a 12' wall of glass, an oceanfront corner balcony, custom walk-in shower, 42" flat screen TV, and room-darkening shades.

The second suite has two full beds, a large flat screen TV, and a private balcony. The living room provides panoramic ocean views with two sliding glass doors opening to the balconies, a 55” Samsung Smart TV, and Xfinity Blast! internet.

The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy shrimp boats, sunrises, and the fresh ocean breeze from this luxurious condo.

Great Location, Wonderful View

For visiting Amelia Island, this has to be one of the best locations to stay. The condo is nicely appointed and the view is tremendous.

Worst service ever!!!

Mocks vacation rentals were the most difficult to deal with ! Horrible in fact! This condo desperately needs some furniture updates and for the ice maker to be repaired . We had to buy our own frying pans because the ones in the condo were peeling off teflon. We informed Mocks and even sent pictures . We aldo had Togo out and buy a non slip mat for the shower . It is impossible to reach anyone with Mocks and they never return your calls in a timely manner. They are certainly doing a poor job of representation for the owners of B-179.

Wonderful oceanfront -top floor views!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom condo! The home is tastefully decorated and immaculate! It has everything you need for a short stay or longer visit. We enjoyed walking on the beach and playing golf at the nearby Oak Hammock course. We definitely plan to schedule another trip in 2020!

Very nice property with great views!

Property looks just like all the photos, very well appointed. The units location is by far the best in the entire building. Only caution is that although it says it has a grill, it’s very far away and it’s charcoal so really not usable.

The unit was nice and the beds comfortable, but the building elevators could use some attention and the property manager could provide a few more hangers in the closet and some backup tools of toilet paper, but everything else was fine.
