Adorable 1 Bed / 1 Bath Resort Suite - Minutes to Beach!

Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom suite at 2351 Courtside Villas! Freshly updated and nicely situated within the Amelia Island Plantation, it is truly the perfect spot for a short getaway. It offers two queen-sized beds and an attached full bathroom. Enjoy the quiet private balcony with your cup of morning coffee before walking to breakfast nearby or heading to the beach (only 500 yards away!) The complex pool is just outside the front door too!

The Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP), is a AAA Four Diamond beach resort that offers dining and spa services. It also operates the Shops at Omni Amelia Island, an old Florida shopping village conveniently located to our property that has casual and fine dining restaurants, boutiques, and an art gallery. It is also where the resort's Nature Center, chapel, miniature golf, and bike/golf cart rental shop are located.

Our cozy suite has a flat-screen TV, high speed Wifi, and a mini refrigerator and microwave.

Please note the tennis courts next door at Racquet Park are for Club members only, unless guests wish to schedule lessons or a clinic.

A 20-minute drive north on Amelia Island will take you to charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach. Travelers will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The beautiful Fort Clinch State Park and sunny Egans Creek Greenway are also about 15-minutes north by car, and offer great biking and walking trails with many places to spot wildlife and enjoy beautiful scenery.

Guests may inquire about renting the other side of this lockout unit as well, which has the main bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, another private balcony, and laundry closet.

As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more. Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals!

Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and the Racquet Park tennis center next door is limited to only club members and their guests, although tennis lessons may be scheduled. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
