The people behind us began renovating their house and the was a lot of noise and traffic. The worst thing to was a Generac generator they ran for 24 hours a day. So it was very loud when we wanted to sit on the back porch and it was very loud at night! After 3 days of that, we decided to come home as it was very unpleasant! We stayed here for a month while waiting to move into our new home after relocating from New York and were very happy with everything. We have 2 cats so the pet policy was perfect for us. The house is beautifully decorated with a seaside theme and has everything you would need for a medium to long term stay. Beach chairs, blankets and bicycles are also included for use which was great as the beaches of Amelia Island are a short trip away. The property is in a very peaceful, wooded location so relaxing in the screened porch or back yard is lovely.
