The unit was super clean when we arrived. Karen even came to meet us when we arrived to see if we had any questions or concerns. Easy access to beach, just walk out the door and you are there. Initially the price listed had been discounted and when I booked it I received a text saying that they had made a mistake and that price wouldn’t be honored. When we arrived the carpet in the living room, dining room and bedroom was filthy. The appliances were old and didn’t work well. The bathroom was outdated and the towels were old and worn. We have friends and family in the area and we were embarrassed to have them visit. At the end of our stay we were unable to get a new gate pass 3 days prior to our departure as Bam Realty had made a mistake on our length of stay. We were unable to reach them initially and the gate captain was also unable to reach them. It was eventually resolved but just a final irritation in what was an unpleasant stay in an Expensive condo. Had to go to market. Paid for cleaning yet we had to wash bedding and toweling. We could go on and on!. Were told carpeting had just been cleaned. No way! Furniture tacky! But view was great. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was cute and inviting. Waking up to the breathtaking view each morning was a wonderful way to start the day.
