This unit is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator.
Dog-friendly (up to 50 lbs, no puppies under 1 year). Must be crated when left alone. $200 non-refundable pet fee applies.
No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property
Parking: Assigned space A5 + visitor parking. Permit must be visible or vehicle may be towed. Max 2 vehicles.
Starter supply of essentials provided (TP, paper towels, soap, shampoo, detergent, coffee, etc.)
Pack-N-Play available for $25 (includes mattress pad & 2 fitted sheets)
Beach gear not guaranteed—feel free to use what’s left by previous guests
No trailers, RVs, boats, oversized trucks (18’+), or golf carts in standard parking. Oversized vehicles must park near BBQ area or rear of complex. Bikes must be stored inside or on bike racks only.
