Please note you will be renting the RIGHT side of the duplex. The entire right side of the duplex including garage, driveway and backyard will be your own private beach getaway!  
  
I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It\`s up to you. If needed, I\`m only a phone call/message away! You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.  
  
Embrace the coastal lifestyle with four beach bikes included, allowing you to explore the vibrant neighborhood effortlessly. Restaurants, bars, and shops peppered throughout Jacksonville Beach are within walking and biking distance, promising a plethora of dining and entertainment options at your fingertips.  
  
You can walk, bike, run or drive to get to your favorite places in Jacksonville Beach from the house! There are four bikes provided for you at the house and enough parking for everyone!! There is a parking lot open 24/7 directly across from the house for extra parking.  
  
There is enough parking for two cars at the house. Directly across the street is a free parking lot open 24/7 for extra parking.  
  
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why  
we\`ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guestscreening  
provider.  
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your  
details through Know Your Guest.  
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or  
buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage  
waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee (per Stripe’s policy).

We enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay again. Beach chairs and cart was a huge hit for us. We enjoy all day beach days so it was nice to carry our things across the street. The place is beautiful and Jaimie is a great host!

From the stunning interior decor to the convenient amenities and excellent customer service, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. #### Family time in Jacksonville

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for 4 adults and an infant. The location was also perfect for getting groceries, restaurants, and traveling around Jacksonville. Enjoyed not having hotels in front of us so we had a good view of the ocean. The only thing that could be improved is more comfortable seating in the living area such as a bigger sofa. Overall a great place to stay and I would stay there again!
