The beach access is just 2 short blocks (4 houses) up the street. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing for family dinners after a day at the beach or touring the Island. Stainless steel appliances and upgrades throughout, with a comfortable living room and dining room. A private outdoor patio with a large table and 6 chairs offers a wonderful evening spot. There is also the huge convenience of having a doggy door that leads to the fully fenced in back yard. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bathroom. The master bath has a large glass shower while the second bathroom has a shower/tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and share the second bathroom. This home is centrally located on the island and is a short 10 minute drive to historic downtown, where shopping and restaurants are plentiful. Come enjoy our lovely beaches and all this vacation house and Amelia Island have to offer. Monthly minimum stays only.
