If you're seeking the perfect vacation spot, this villa is your ideal choice! This exceptional second-floor condo is one of our most popular rentals, offering more than just a place to stay. It's spacious, comfortable, and perfect for family gatherings or groups. The condo features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed. The three guest bedrooms include one with two queen-size beds, one with a king-size bed, and one with two bunk beds and trundles. Located in the highly sought-after Beach Walker complex on the Omni Resort grounds, this villa offers the best views and the closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, just a short walk away. The pool area includes a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area. We provide fresh linens and towels for our guests, along with a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also available for your use. During your stay, explore the resort’s acclaimed biking and walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants. Alternatively, visit the charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, about a 15-minute drive north, for eclectic dining and shopping options. Golf enthusiasts will find excellent courses nearby, and bike and golf cart rentals are available upon request. Experience the best of Amelia Island at 1169 Beach Walker Villa – your perfect oceanfront getaway! PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa. This unit is laid out over multiple interior levels and accessed via stairs—there are no elevators available inside the unit. Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental. RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details. Book with Confidence: We offer all guests reserving a stay more than 30 days in advance the ability to cancel for FREE within 72 hours of booking. Guest Access: The Entire Home Getting Around: A rental car is recommended. Other Things to Note: Things to Note: We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. We each had plenty of space and privacy. The management was responsive via text and answered all of our questions. We used the pool and the beach daily and enjoyed the closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles. The condo had all the basics and I think the description is somewhat accurate, but honestly this is pretty run down. Replacing the bar stools, throw rugs and tightening up the bunk beds would be a good start. Let renters know that the tap water is undrinkable. Check that the dishwasher is working properly as it had a burning smell at times. I should have really understood where this condo was located visa vi Fernandina and local restaurants, bars , shops etc. That was my error. Thank you however for the good communication and suggestions for activities. The accommodations were clean and spacious. The only suggestion I’d leave is to better stock the kitchen with pots, pans, serving bowls, casserole dishes, cooking & serving utensils and tupperware. I searched over 50 properties to find one that had DIRECT beach access and pool before booking this property. Of course we paid premium prices to have that proximity and amenities. All that was true BUT Not one picture showed the entire boardwalk to the beach which had MULTIPLE stair cases up and down (at least 6 sets of stairs some with 10 steps up and 10 down) from the villa unit to the beach. There was NO ramp to get our beach carts onto the beach. We had 12 guests aged 1 to 60 so imagine all the chairs, tents, coolers, baby supplies etc needed. ##### Anita C. The unit was as described and had a lot of sleeping capacity. They also had streaming capability and cable on the tv’s and the internet was reliable. Our only complaint with the unit was how small the master bathroom was. You will have a tight squeeze and it is not a walk-in shower. ##### Scott T. Absolutely loved the set up of the condo and the stay on the plantation. We were there for a family reunion and had 11 people staying in your condo. It was absolutely beautiful. The walk to the beach was phenomenal. The pool was pleasant and not too crowded and access to the rest of the plantation was easy and convenient.Our only complaint was that check-in was supposed to be at 4 o’clock, but they didn’t really have the place ready until after five and at that point we just said forget it just let us come in with it not completely cleaned. That was a bit frustrating specially since they’ll charge you extra for checking in early, but They were late releasing the property to us. That was truly our only complaint. The communication was just excellent and I suspect the problem with the cleaning was a rarity based on just the volume of visitors so I wouldn’t let that stop you. Overall, we’ll probably stay there again if we’re in a similar reunion situation because it was such a good set up for us. We immediately reported it. It took several phone calls and finally a not so nice one before they fixed the tub. The refrigerator was never addressed. Even after many phone calls. It froze our refrigerated items and did not freeze our freezer items. We lost quite a bit of our food because of it. The oven did not work right either. It took at least an hour to get it to 300 degrees. The bathtub that was clogged also leaked. Every time it was used it flooded the bathroom. We have used VRBO at least 8 or 9 times and never had a complaint. We were very disappointed that a place with so many issues would be offered as a vacation unit. ##### Steve F.
