1164 Beach Walker - Adorable oceanfront, just steps to the beach and pool!
- This adorable condo is perfect for a family getaway. This community is very close to the Omni Hotel as well. There are a few steps from the parking lot to get to the front door, but once you are in, this unit is all on one level. The entire kitchen has been remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. The living room and dining room are shared for open family entertainment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own bathroom. The master bath has a walk in shower and has also been newly renovated. There is also a back door that opens to the shared balcony with the second bedroom. In the second room, it is very spacious with 2 twin beds and access and view of the balcony as well. The second bath has a tub/shower combo.
The place has a feel of beach cottage and that's exactly what it is. It is about a 3 minute walk to the pool and the beach is just beyond that!
Come enjoy our beautiful sunrises on Amelia Island!
