It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops, Native Sun grocery stores, and an assortment of restaurants. The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and a grill. There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. Practically right between Neptune Beach and Jax Beach, we could walk or bike to either very easily to either go for dinner or go to the festivals in Jax Beach. The beautiful beach is 2 very small blocks down the street. The place is very clean and extremely well equipped to cook at home if you want. The House we stayed at last year was not available this year and we went searching for something similar. Then we found this Gem. Just one street over from where the other house was. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Very spacious and well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice. Coco, the host, was super attentive and our trip was great. It was clean and had new appliances to work with. There was plenty of room for the kids downstairs with a master bedroom upstairs. Spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach and great restaurants nearby. If you have a normal size car like an Explorer you can fit in the garage. Big trucks like my 2500 had a little trouble fitting on the parking area but its the beach, that's to be expected. We will be looking for this place again when we come back to Jax. ##### Robert F.
