This home is located walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and the beautiful beaches! The Coquina House Studios are equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes a memory foam King Bed, 55’ Smart TV with cable, WIFI, full kitchenette and a great vibe.



The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops like Southern Grounds and Homespun, Publix grocery store, an assortment of restaurants like ABBQ, Flying Iguana, Mezza Luna, Sliders Oyster Bar, and more, and bars like Lemon Bar and Pete’s Bar. The kitchenette includes a large fridge, stove top, pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot and a microwave! This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi! The clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided

There is a guest manual with an Atlantic Beach guide including local favorites such as North Beach Fish Camp, Ragtime, COOP 303, the Local, and best brunch spots. We also provide information to rent bikes (our favorite way of getting around the beaches). Property sleeps 4 with King bed in bedroom and full size bed sleeper sofa in living room



This unit is 1 of 4 identical units. There are 2 units one the top floor (2nd floor)and 2 units on the bottom floor. This unit is located on the top floor and there are 2 other units Please reach out to us about booking additional or multiple units!



We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.



This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Located in a safe tucked away spot right off Atlantic Blvd behind ABBQ Restaurant. If you walk to ABBQ don’t miss out on their famous ABBQ burger!



Getting Around:

Very Walkable Area to Atlantic beach Town Center and Beach

Beach Buggy app can pick you up and take you most places at Atlantic Beach town center and Jax Beach for a tip. Download the app in advance to see their travel coverage box on a map. Hours are updated frequently on the app. Thursday - Sunday 5pm-midnight but check app to confirm!

Parking at Coquina House is 1 spot per unit
