The hotel is gradually updating. The staff is friendly and welcoming. During check-in the clerk received a phone call that involved a complex situation. She kept nodding to me and apologizing. She was sweet and later put several calls on hold so she could complete our check- in.

it was exactly what I expect from Hampton Inn. the room was comfortable. Only problem was the key cards kept de-activating.

I like this place because it’s close to the highway, close to the grocery store and a lot of restaurants! And they even have a 24 hr Walgreens store nearby which we used for my grandson’s medicines at 4am in the morning! Love this place.

room temperature was hard to regulate. It was either cold or hot.
The breakfast which was included was horrible nasty tasting and did not look good to eat. Fake chicken sausage?

Hello Douglas. I wish you had asked us about your AC issues, because we could have helped. As for the sausage, this was a substitute sent to us by our supplier for a sausage which was out of stock, but it was not fake chicken. Breakfast is probably the most subjective of all review areas. On any given day, we will have people who love the breakfast and others not so much. Thanks for staying with us.

Hello Jose. I am not able to identify you from the name left on the survey, but it is safe to say that your survey is not at all typical of the reviews Expedia guests give us. Our mattresses are the Hilton Serta standard and are not even old. However, bed comfort is very subjective, and in the same beds, we will get surveys saying they are wonderful, too soft and too hard. Our blankets are also Hilton standard. Thank you for staying with us.

Great last minute reservation. The only negative was the amount of noise you could here in the hallway from inside the room.

Good Afternoon Dian, Getting a great nights sleep is very important, especially when traveling. We look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
Some of the lights in the room didn’t work. The towel bar fell off the wall when iI put a towel on it. The breakfast was terrible, no coffee, no oatmeal, and no milk were available. And it was only 8:30am! I wouldn’t recommend a stay!

Hello Mary Ann. We firmly believe that you have reviewed the wrong hotel. We have not had a guest named Mary Ann in the month of December, we have not had any towel racks fall from the wall, and this is certainly not an accurate description of our breakfast.

Bathroom shower door was broken. One bedside lamp flickered. Breakfast was disappointing although other people in my party were satisfied. No comfortable chair in room to relax in. Not sure, but suspect that the quilt which was stored in the plastic bag in the closet hadn’t been laundered lately.
