Enjoy the lakeside covered cabana with table/chairs. Add to this an outdoor shower, and firepit. Boondocks Marina just a cove away, close to Wind Creek State Park and River North Marina. Easy access from Hwy 280\. Large fireplace for those cold winter months. Jordan Hare stadium about 30 minutes away for Auburn football games. Great views from the deck. The kids loved the paddleboat and paddled around the cove. We rented a boat the second day and it was easy to find from the water and not too hard to dock. What a terrific mini-vacay! The home is in a quiet cove, and had everything we wanted or needed and more. The house was clean, the beds and other furniture were comfortable and the the location is gorgeous - what more could one ask? The owners were incredibly quick to respond to any question or concern and made us feel very welcome. They went “above and beyond” to make sure we were comfortable and we appreciated it. The kitchen was well-outfitted and we prepared our own meals but there is a restaurant or two at different areas of the lake or a little town within a twenty-minute drive. There’s plenty to keep you entertained at the lake but for us, it offered the perfect opportunity to just chill. The place was clean and well furnished. We all had a comfortable bed and had a wonderful time. Just wish the Aggies had played better.
