The carpets were dirty, OUr remote to the tv was broken and no one came to replace it after we asked 4x. The front desk staff didnt even look up and speak to us when we entered and left the hotel.

Older but quaint and great price for our stay with breakfast included. Good location close to many amenities. Friendly staff.

The hotel is claimed to be a 4 star but it’s not more than 2. Location is nice but rooms were less than the average of a simple motel. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a room on the first floor and have a partial view of the hills and pool, I say partial because they have built a tent close to the pool and attached to the building, so it blocks the view. If you’re unlucky like we were, you’ll get a room at the pool level (basement) and have the window just blind, facing the inside of tent, and paying a fortune because we thought it was worth based on photos and reviews. The room didn’t even have a refrigerator, imagine. Breakfast (included when I booked the room) was the most ridicuolous thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel: some frozen mini sandwich, or a nutri gain snack bar. I was shocked, for a moment I thought, this is the snack area, but no, that is the breakfast they offer for a 300$ a night. They had coffee at least. I usually never write bad reviews but 300$ a night for this, was just unacceptable.
