The property is new, clean and well maintained, some of the staff members are very nice and helpful, but if you are looking to stay in an hotel, this is not an hotel and overpriced for what offers. Reception closed for the night and they did not have a concierge. I am sure Hotel Anvil is a better option from the same group. Also disappointed with the fact that the loft room didn’t have a Closet and the room is very very tiny. They did bought me a rack to hang my clothes tho, after i pointed that out, so grateful for that. Overall if you like to travel easy and you are not a needy traveler when it comes to hotel services, this is a great spot. Breakfast is good!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. The staff was friendly, but they were not knowledgeable when we asked basic questions about the hotel, which made it difficult to get the help we needed. The hallways throughout the hotel were extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it feel like the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the common areas. To make matters worse, the shower curtain in our bathroom was moldy, which is simply unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. The biggest frustration came after checkout when the hotel charged the wrong credit card, creating an unnecessary hassle that should have been avoided. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we had stayed at the Hampton Inn in Steamboat Springs, which cost about one-tenth as much, yet provided a far better experience in every way. The Hampton Inn was cleaner, better maintained, and offered significantly better service. For the price charged here, I expected much more. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel based on our experience.
