No breakfast menu. Hanging towels next to toilet, garbage piled up even though we didn't have a Do Not Disturb. Only took garbage one day. Black bugs on sink and in bed, they say leave dirty towels on the floor left my dirty washcloths on the shower floor. Never picked up. Very disappointed the amount of money we spent the rooms are beautiful. But the cleaning staff nowhere to be seen. One morning we were leaving she asked us if we needed anything I asked for extra creamer she didn't even do that. We usually stay at BNBs this is our first time in a hotel after many years and so very saddened by it

The problem was the elevator was out o service for one of our days we are in our 70's it was very hard to walk up 5 flights of steps and back down

We had no heat. The house is disorganized and better supplies for cleaning etc would have been nice. Otherwise beautiful house nice area. Quiet and the host was responsive.

The place was great. Plenty of room for 3 families. The host were great. They responded quickly to any questions we had. We came in the beginning of February. I will definitely try and book for the summer for the views and river access. Thanks again.

Fabulous living space and views from this well designed lake house! Plenty of open space and great amenities. Owner was very responsive and easy to book with. My first time at Indian River side of the lake and it is beautiful! Great marina and easy drive off the highway.
