Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Worst staff and experience on a multi-month journey with over a hundred different stays. The staff were rude and uncommunicative. No internet. The place was not adequately equipped. It was 90 degrees inside without a fan in summer and we could not sleep. Beds uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked basics. No dish soap and they require you to clean the dishes?! We had booked four nights with Expedia but realized how bad it was on the first night. The office was closed all day except a couple hours in the evening. We tried communicating via the numbers provided and no one responded. We asked to shorten our stay given our misery but they said we had to do it through Expedia. Expedia said only the apartment could change it and that they could indeed change it. We complained and got no response so we were forced to stay against our will because they were so poorly managed. And we weren’t the only ones. When we arrived, there were some very unhappy customers who were given the wrong size apartment and the person at the desk blew them off and just read from some script. We strongly wish we had never booked this place. If we could give negative stars, we would.
