"check in was fine. Desk open limited hours The room was clean and okay. bedroom was a little snug as the space around the bed was big enough to get around and that was it. Kitchen was good for a hotel. Enough coffee for our room. Good sized room for the kitchen."

"We've been going to Door County for 40+ years. We've stayed at dozens of different places. I believe this one is my favorite. Room was comfortable and dark. The only SMALL issue was it sounded like Amar hinges band in the room above us. That tromping around started at 03:00 and went on for hours."

"This was our annual sisters trip. The Harbor Lighthouse Inn is at the far end, near the ferry to Washington Island, of the peninsula. When we first got there, I was a bit disappointed because it wasn't in a touristy area and I wanted to be a little touristy since it was my first time in Door County. We hiked at Peninsula State Park then stopped in Sister Bay for the touristy stuff. After that I was super happy we weren't staying in that area. The hostess, Kristina is the best!! So friendly and inviting. We had a bonfire it made for a perfect evening! The supper club less than half mile from us, has great food. The Resort really wasn't too far from anything. It is a very cute place."

"Nice pool and hot tub area. Loved that our room had a kitchette. Deck had comfy chairs. Bed was ok as we are used to a dream cloud at home. Loved the fireplace! Everything was wonderful"

"We had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful. The gym was wonderful. Had everything I needed. Breakfast was good. I have celiac so nothing I could eat except the fruit and coffee, but that’s all I needed. I would stay here again."

"The Country House Resort is a well maintained outstanding property! The room was large, clean, beds very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The luxurious robe was much appreciated when we went to the hot tub but unfortunately the outdoor pool was all ready closed for the season. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety to choose from and included which was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay there again."
