"I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Everyday, I was greeted with a smile and was told to speak with them if I need anything. The staff interactions were genuine. Everyone made a conscience effort to make my stay pleasureable. The junior suite is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean, with fully stocked refreshments and pretty. I loved the flowers scattered in the room. The entire grounds were well kept and aesthetically appealing. Jamealya and Daliya were the most memorable employees. These young ladies are professional, sweet and kind. They're a great asset to the business and are essential contacts in encouraging your customers to return. Give them a raise. I will recommend this hotel to my family, friends and coworkers. Thank you! I truly wished I could've stayed longer, but I'll definitely return!"

"We had a wonderful time at Tropical Hideaway. A spectacular setting, a view to die for and the accommodations were excellent! Martin & Julie have thought of everything you might want or need while staying with them. They were always available for any needs or questions and very gracious hosts! I can't say enough about the cottage and surroundings. We loved everything about it! Oh, and Martins rum punch is hands down the best on the island!"

"Incredible view. Just up the hill from Princess Margaret beach. A short walk to Port Elizabeth and Lower Bay. A Shade of Blues was perfect. Pool, balcony, privacy. Great communication! Would certainly do again!"
