"I will never stay at this motel again. For the price I paid i was very disappointed. The picture of the motel doesn’t match what actually was there! The pool is much smaller, and I mean small! The employees were not helpful. And not to mention it’s next door to the police station and fire station! Safe yes! But VERY LOUD!"

"I recently stayed at the Aire Hotel in Seaside Heights, NJ, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the security of the hotel was a major concern. The door to my room lacked a deadbolt, which made me feel unsafe. Additionally, both my key cards for the entrance and room door malfunctioned multiple times, causing unnecessary stress during my stay. Parking was another issue; I received a $45 ticket due to a lack of available spaces. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, I was told that I should have called him to move his car. This was frustrating, as there was no indication of this policy beforehand. The room itself was disappointing. There was no phone, no ventilation, and the air conditioning unit was old and ineffective. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable; the room was filthy, with a huge crack on the wall and drapes that wouldn’t even slide open. I had to open windows for ventilation. Considering I paid $236.00 for just one night, I was expecting a much better experience. It was the worst money I've ever spent on accommodation. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that values cleanliness, safety, and customer service."

"We had an amazing stay at White Sands! The property was well maintained. We arrived early and despite our room not being ready we were able to park and received bracelets for the pool and beach. My daughter loved the pools and it was never overcrowded. The front desk texted us when our room was ready and it was modern, spacious, clean with a balcony overlooking the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the White Sands and we are already planning our next weekend here!"

"The staff were absolutely great! Kind and understanding! The 1st room, the A/C wasn’t working. They got my family and I a new room quickly and came to verify new room. The biggest problem was the floor was absolutely filthy. I took 10 steps barefoot and had to use wipes to get the black dirt off my feet! And it was thick. The bath tube was okay, could have been worse."

"This quaint little motel was perfect for our overnight stay in Seaside. I had messaged the property the day before, in anticipation of a possible early arrival. The gentleman running the motel told me to contact him when we had an ETA. When I called, he was so friendly and kind, and made our early check-in a breeze! The room was very clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. We were also able to park in the lot, which was great. A short walk to the boardwalk and some surrounding restaurants made it a very convenient spot. We hope to be back soon, and will be looking to stay here again!"
