This house, located in La Hoz (Iznajar) geographic center of Andalucia, in the environment of the natural park of La Subbetica, surrounded by olive grove and oaks.
It is a large, traditional Spanish country house that has been carefully restored to retain its rustic charm but with modern facilities.
The beautiful, historical places of Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and Seville are within easy driving distance.
The area is also perfect for walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching and water activities in the marsh.
You will find a two-story house ideal for 11 guests. You will have at your disposal 4 bedrooms (2 double, 1 triple and 1 double) all of them have heating and air conditioning.
2 elegant bathrooms, containing a washbasin with mirror and shower.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more utensils for the preparation of recipes) and huge dining table with fireplace.
Your kitchen / dining room offers a perfect space to relax by the fireplace after spending the day visiting the region.
Living room with 2 sofa beds, television and wifi internet connection.
Entrance with divan.
On the outside of the house you will find a large garden with private pool with hammocks and terrace with barbecue where you can take advantage of the views of the swamp while having lunch outdoors.
The towns of Rute and Iznajar are about 5 minutes away, where you can find all kinds of services: restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy, etc.

#### Un séjour merveilleux !
Nous gardons toutes et tous un souvenir fabuleux de ces vacances en Andalousie et plus précisément à Iznajar chez Marco ! La maison offre toutes les commodités pour se sentir "comme à la maison" avec une piscine et un jardin très bien entetenus. Nous avons fait la connaissance de propriétaires formidables, bienveillants et accueillants. Ils sont à l'écoute et de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Je recommande fortement leur maison pour un séjour reposant et plein de charme. La situation géographique de la maison est idéale pour visiter Grenade, Cordoue, Malaga etc.
