On the ground floor there is a large lounge that leads to the outside by two doors one of them towards the pool with a nice terrace and extraordinary views, the other towards an entrance that communicates to the outside and to the fully equipped kitchen, from the kitchen we go towards another small room, pantry for placing utensils and things related to the kitchen. From the entrance we go to the corridor, this leads us to 4 rooms, 2 of marriage, 1 of them with a bathroom, another 2 rooms with double beds and also a community toilet. Going up a staircase we reach another double room with a crib for small children and a bathroom. From this room another door leads to a terrace where we find the glass of a large palm tree and the dream views. Located just 6 km from the beautiful white village of Iznajar, with its Moorish castle, its historic church and the lake that surrounds it. The village has all the amenities that guests would need, such as supermarkets, medical center, banks, ATM, numerous bars and restaurants etc. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, look no further than our beautifully restored old farmhouse. Its location is perfect to reach the most important airports in Andalusia, which are Malaga and Granada, less than an hour away by car, with the historic cities of great interest such as Cordoba and Seville within walking distance. The location and scenery are simply beautiful, and ideal for exploring. We found that the local people were very helpful and friendly towards the British, and the various activities around the lake are good for keeping the family entertained. The host welcomed us at the house upon arrival and guided us around - they even presented us with ice cold beers too. The house is spectacular, with plenty of room for our group of 10 people. The bedrooms were very clean and the house had all of the facilities we could want. The master bedroom was particularly impressive, with a fantastic balcony offering views across the mountains. My family thought the best feature of the house was the swimming pool. It was simply incredible, it was large, set in a hotel sized patio area, perfectly clean every day, and had lovely sun beds around it. The best thing about the pool is the amazing setting, with those fantastic picturesque views. The host and his family are wonderful people who go out of their way to help with anything. They made us feel so welcome, giving us space to relax while still being on hand to assist with queries.
