"Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff. A wonderful stay"

"Very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the river and fields. There was some confusion with the check in process. We arrived right at the posted check in time and there was no one at reception and no one answered the phone number that was posted on the door. After about an hour, we almost gave up and found somewhere else to stay, but finally found another phone number on the website and got through to someone who then came and checked us in. I think we were supposed to let them know...

"Excellent! A warm welkcome by the host and a very clean and well decorated room. Free parking and a delicious breakfast"

"Awesome as always. Love staying here."

"A great place to stopover in the Southern Ardennes. Very comfortable and friendly with a good breakfast and pretty surroundings."

"Staff was great, and very flexible to my desires! Spoke great English and French."

"Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerübernahme und Abgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Frühstück frisch und regional. Wir kommen wider."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable."

"We stayed in Bouillon for the evening and found this hotel to be so charming. My only complaint was that so many nearby places were closed so we were limited in things to do, but this is not the hotel's fault."

"Alles wat je nodig hebt. En alles proper en net. Zeer goede matras. Propere lakens.... Zelfs een airco op de kamer. Heel vriendelijke uitbaters. Aanrader."

"Nice hotel with a great restaurant."

"We did not ask for, nor did we appreciate a tiny appartment instead of two rooms in which I had to creep past my sleeping colleague to use the bathroom."

"most beautiful place where we have ever stayed !! the rooms were huge and the restaurant was the best we have had all in europe! There is a private court yard and it is a beautiful castle in a quiet little town. This is family owned and they are very nice ,sweet and hospitable. This will be our best kept fairy tale when we come back next year and for years to come. Makes us feel like royalty and the bathrobes and slippers and all the extra towels highly recommend this !!"

"Great stay, lovely friendly staff coping in all languages! Recommended"

"Très belle chambre propre agreable"

"We had read previous comments about the service or the owner’s attitude at this hotel, but our experience was entirely different. It’s important to remember that this is a small business run by a couple, and sometimes reviews don’t reflect the full picture. We stayed here for a week and found everything to our liking. The atmosphere was warm, the accommodation super comfortable, and the setting ideal for a relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will certainly be returning."
