The staff at the hotel is incredibly friendly, helpful and nice. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The room was old, had a bad smell and the windows were exceedingly dirty. I asked and they said they would refund the entire amount. I still have not received refund.

Right in downtown. 100 m to cathedral. Clean, safe. Small room (studio size) and little noisy if you are on the side of the street. Restaurant a little slow but good. Nice food at reasonable prices. I'm sure I'll get back!
