Family Friendly

Perfect stay for a large family or several small families to enjoy the resort of Arcadia. Our kids especially enjoyed the Club House and games available, on top of the lazy river.

We had a fabulous Family Reunion at Arcadia Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All of my family enjoyed staying there in two condos. We especially loved playing together in the water park. In condo #12 the dishwasher was not working. The repair man suggested that we should ask for compensation for the inconvenience. I mentioned it to the person at the the desk in the club house at checkout but he said that he couldn't do anything about it.

Family fun

Great location and family friendly! Place was clean and impressive. The clubhouse was a hit as well. It was nIce to be so close to both the club and pools. The main bedroom was super comfortable but the other bedroom occupants thought that the beds were not so great and the sheets were scratchy, but it was only mentioned the first night. The other complaint was that the blinds let in too much light and kept babies awake. Other suggestions would be to have more than one key fob to the pool. We had 3 families on different schedules so it was tricky to get everyone in as they came and went. Would definitely recommend (and already have!) to friends and family.

Our villa was excellent! Plenty of room for all of us. We were just a short walk from the pool and clubhouse. We had so much fun! We were confused about checkout because our rental agreement said to strip the beds and the paper in the unit said not to strip the beds. Overall, we loved out stay!

We had an amazing time and the property was better than anticipated. Everything was well maintained. The pool was the best pool around. The only complaint I had was I messaged through the app three separate times and never received a message back.

Great Family Vacation!

We loved the space and how it was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, and pans which made it easy for family meals. The property is well kept and spacious. The photos was an accurate description of the place. The pool is amazing and great for families! The only problem I had was the lack of response from the property manager. I messaged through the VRBO app three different times and never received a message back. I was definitely hesistant about the poor/lack of communication from the property manager, but other than that everything was great.

Other than that things were perfect, and the property was beautiful, clean, and cozy.

Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful but lacked a home feeling .. it was super echoey which made it hard to have multiple conversations and hard to sleep if others were up late .. and in the description of what was provided it stated that there were hair dryers .. no hair dryers so I had to purchase one .. the resort is beautiful and we did have a great time .. those were the only things that weren’t perfect! We did find out that this was new to the rental program so that’s probably why we experienced These things .. Yes I would recommend this to my friends ..
