This family-style vacation home is located steps away from the amazing Paradise Village amenities and includes a gorgeous balcony shaded by a unique timber pergola overlooking the pool and clubhouse. Families love staying here! This home can sleep up to 19 people and includes two large living rooms with comfortable, over-sized sectional sofas. With custom finishes throughout, you're sure to feel like you're living in luxury! This kitchen was specifically designed for families and groups to enjoy meals together and includes enough place settings for a large group (12 at the table, 4 at the island). Not to mention - gorgeous white quartz counter tops and rich cabinetry, unique tile floors, and space for everyone to relax and enjoy a vacation in Paradise! The first night we found out the upper air conditioner was not kicking on and about 10:00 P.M. I text them and they responded immediately and were ready to come over that night but I was OK with the next day. They were over the exact time we scheduled and had it diagnosed and fixed in 20 minutes. Great response time. As previously mentioned, the dishwasher didn't work so we had to hand wash everything 2\. There was a flood in the upstairs bathroom that leaked into the kitchen, but we called the management team and they came over on a Saturday night to check it out 3\. The igniter on the fire pit doesn't work 4\. We had to fix one of the bikes but that was easy and it was really fun biking around the neighborhood and park. Overall, great experience. ##### Holin W. Also we Never received a key from the property management company which was promised, so we could not access the pools. Fireplace and grill did not work either. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time. Just a couple of things. The bike tires were flat. We called and they said they would have maintenance come and pump it up. They never showed. Also, there was a pair of boxer briefs left hanging in the bathroom of the bunk bed room. The grill was dirty and the tools to clean it were pretty gross.
