It is attached to the owners' residence (the owners have farm animals and a dog). The apartment opens onto an entrance hall with storage. The bedroom has two single beds (160 x 200 cm) that can be joined together, with storage space. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and toilet. The living area features a fully equipped kitchenette (two-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.). The living room also includes a sofa bed (sleeps one), a table, and chairs. TV and internet access are provided. The living room opens onto a private garden area with garden furniture, a terrace, and private parking. Parking is available to the side of the property, in the gated courtyard. The apartment also includes a terrace and private parking. INTERNET ACCESS - PETS ALLOWED Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
