Tudo muito limpinho e organizado. Banheiro limpo com bom espaço para tamanho da acomodação. Estava tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom e cortês.

Location in center and near Metro/Shopping, staff, security at entrance and commodities are all good.
What I did not like it was the apartment that Expedia selected. I selected an apartment with view of the main road and Shopping center (Ibirapuera) and Expedia allocated us in an apartment with the back view (horrible), near the lifts and store room, what was not correct. We arrived in night time and tired to claim about that. Expect that Expedia never do that again for me or other customer because we choose that apartment and price, only because the beautiful view to Ibirapuera Avenue.
