Private villa of 240 m² with heated swimming pool-jacuzzi and sauna (single package of 50 € for the stay), which can accommodate up to 12 people in high-end conditions. 12 to 20 minutes from the centre of Strasbourg, in a peaceful village, this house will be the ideal place to spend a pleasant moment with family or friends, and relax while visiting our beautiful region.<br><br>Its main assets are:<br><br>• A large capacity of 12 people,<br><br>• A totally private SPA area accessible 24 hours a day, with a swimming pool-jacuzzi heated to 36° all year round (2 × 3 m pool, 6 seats), 5-person infrared sauna and video projector with Google TV and Netflix (50€ package for the stay for the whole),<br><br>• A very large open-plan kitchen with a living room of more than 70 m²,<br><br>• A small outdoor terrace with gas barbecue,<br><br>• A 95-inch 4K AMBILIGHT TV with Netflix,<br><br>• A top-of-the-range Sulpice table football,<br><br>• A beautiful ping-pong table and a dart board,<br><br>• A beautiful two-player arcade machine with more than 3500 games,<br><br>• Substantial and quality equipment.<br><br>The kitchen, fully equipped, includes:<br><br>• Four induction hobs,<br><br>• A large American fridge with ice cubes and filtered water,<br><br>• A freezer,<br><br>• A microwave oven,<br><br>• An oven,<br><br>• A dishwasher,<br><br>• All the crockery necessary for 12 people (glasses, plates, pans, etc.),<br><br>• A raclette machine and a pierrade,<br><br>• Four coffee machines with pods provided (Senseo, Nespresso, Nespresso Vertuo and Dolce Gusto),<br><br>• A kettle.<br><br>The six bedrooms of the house all have recent bedding that will offer you pleasant nights. The composition of the beds is as follows:<br><br>• 6 double beds,<br><br>• 1 children's bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds 90×200).<br><br>The villa also offers:<br><br>• An air-conditioned living room with two large sofas,<br><br>• A bathroom with bathtub and toilet,<br><br>• A bathroom with shower and toilet,<br><br>• A bathroom with shower and sink (without toilet),<br><br>• A separate toilet with washbasin,<br><br>• A washing machine and dryer,<br><br>• Free cot and baby chair, on request,<br><br>• 4 parking spaces (other parking available in the area).<br><br>!! Please do not eat in the rooms!!<br><br>Rental conditions:<br><br>• Arrival from 5 p.m., departure at 11 a.m.,<br><br>• Minimum 2 nights (except exceptions outside weekends, contact us),<br><br>• Pets at an additional cost, 30€ per pet,<br><br>• Small convivial parties and background music are welcome; out of respect for the area, no sound system or shouts outside, especially in the evening. In case of serious nuisance, a deduction from the deposit may be applied.<br><br>Towels are provided (bath and hand towels) and beds are made on arrival; if you wish, bring a towel dedicated to the spa. Coffee pods (Senseo, Nespresso, Vertuo and Dolce Gusto) are provided on site.<br><br>If you can, a small gesture that helps our team a lot: gather the sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases used in one bathroom.<br
