The Gallery House- Hot Tub and Designer Home

Bold modern vibes in a rural setting, this cozy retreat features 3 queen beds across 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Private outdoor space with a hot tub, fire pit, bbq, and picnic table. Inside find smart TVs, a fully outfitted kitchen and living space, washer/dryer, and a private office with dual monitor setup. Linens and towels are provided as well as all the necessities you need for your trip. Level 2 EV charger is included. Note that this property is 1/2 of a duplex but each unit is totally private with separate private outdoor space.

Amazing place! We came upstate for skiing, and this house was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including many small, thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions and really enhanced the experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Exceptional rental space

This place is so thoughtfully appointed and very clean and well kept. Everyone slept really well, the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a really nice treat to help you relax. I will definitely book again when I return to Ithaca.

This place was great! Just as the photos showed, very clean, well appointed, everything you would need in the kitchens and bathrooms. Evan made contact a few days before we arrived with check in info, then checked in the night before we left with check out instructions. We had no issues. The location is great, we were there for a mini Ithaca College reunion, and this is 2 minutes from campus, and maybe 8 minutes from the commons. The hot tub was a great feature! Overall I’d definitely recommend this property!
