Scottland Yard Farm's Honey Suckle Family Glamping Tent
Family size 14x16 (inside demensions) wall tent!! We have had many requests for family accommodations. This tent has a queen bed and twin day bed with trundle making it perfect for 4. The tent has a small frig for your snacks and beverages as well as a coffee station. There are no inside tent toilets. We have beautiful restrooms with showers a feet away from the glamps located in our Great Hall. There is a charming outdoor shower and bathroom. There is a spacious 8x14 covered porch with a wine barrel bistro and 4 chairs. This glamp also has a fire pit and private park style grill with grilling tools. https://youtu.be/cAcdaQkJXVk,
After a short walk you will find our Mercantile store, our Traveler’s trunk boutique and beautiful natural pool for swimming and relaxation. Every child 5 and under, or any non swimmer, must provide their own life jacket when in or around the pond. If any non swimmers are occupying the space without a life-jacket, they will be asked to leave the area.
The natural pool’s beauty and tranquility is complete with a lovely waterfall and our pet Koi! The Koi are always eagerly awaiting their koi treats from our guests. These treats can be purchased from our small Mercantile store along with horse treats, rabbit treats and bird treats. The mercantile also has snacks, local beverages and honey along with camp cooking supplies you may have forgotten. Our fun little travelers trunk boutique has some interesting finds from our travels as well as local homemade items!
There is a natural pool, swinging tree hammocks, children’s playground, bistro tables everywhere, coin op laundry mat with 2 washers and 2 dryers and plenty of farmland to explore! This is such a magical place! I think our kids now have a very inflated idea of what "camping" is. We stayed in the Honeysuckle Glamping Tent while attending a graduation nearby and it was the perfect place to relax in between events. Only a 15 minute drive from Ithaca, but feels like worlds away. We would definitely stay again if we have an occasion to be in the area!

We were unable to book a hotel to drop my child off for college and found Scotland Yard Farms. It was amazing and i am so glad nothing else was available. Scotland Yard Farms was fabulous and it is my new #1 choice for places to stay! An easy 10 min drive into Ithaca. Our glamping 'tent' was gorgeous and spacious. The pond, the Koi fish, the peacocks, the fields, the buildings .... all A+. Quiet nights, clean air, beautiful facilities, very nice owners - the best. Highly recommend!!
Amazing property. The staff was helpful and responded quickly to any questions.
Only comment, is no fault of the property, but if you stay in a glamping (tent) or small cabin check the weather. Stayed memorial weekend and the weather was in the 50s which the locations are not insolated or have heater... Which I didn't expect. Lucky we brought blankets and heated blankets were provided, but it was very cold still.
We would stay again and hope for better weather next time to enjoy the property more.
Absolutely beautiful location 20 minutes out of Ithaca. Duane was extremely hospitable and friendly throughout our entire stay. We stayed at the Honey Suckle and was very clean and comfortable. They also had heated blankets for when it gets a little bit colder in the year, though I would recommend bringing an extra or 2 blanket if you have a party of 4. They also had everything you needed for setting up a campfire for additional and very reasonable costs. I had no complaints throughout my 2-night stay!
I would love to come back here again with some other friends, possibly during in the Spring or early Summer when it gets warmer. I highly recommend this to others who want an escape from urban life
Pictures do not give justice! This place is a fairy tale come true. From farm animals, waking up to chickens' cockadoodledoos, sounds of crickets, to the swimming pond with kois, hammocks, and too much more to mention. It was just amazing! We have a teen and 2 little ones but there's something to do for all. The family's goal def for everyone to enjoy. They were generous with their space, letting us use their kitchen even (husband is a chef so this was a big thing for us). So glad we chose this place for a family get away- we were stress free. Ithica is just a few miles away so amazing restaurants nearby as well. Already planning to come next year for our daughter's 6th birthday. See you next year, Scott family! ❤️

Very peaceful place and perfect for the weekend gateway!
We stayed for two nights in the Honeysuckle glamping tent. Duane and his family were extremely welcoming and the environment was relaxing. Glamping within a 20 minute drive to downtown Ithaca. Our experience with high quality and we enjoyed the animals at the farm very much! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
You could seriously not ask for more once you experience this place. They have thought of every little detail, the style, the animals, the sights, the sounds. Everything. I will absolutely be back and rave about it to all of my friends and family
