This place is disgusting!!!
Horrible! This place is absolutely disgusting!!! All those good reviews are fake. We came from Canada and checked out right away because it was so dirty. There was dogs barking non stop outside the back door and this is midnight , there were beetles in tbe room, it was filthy. I could go on and on...Do not waste your money here! They wont even refund me after all of this.

The staff, specially Murad at check in desk, and Mohammed teh bell boy, the janitor lady (forgot her name),and the brother chefs at the restaurant were super friendly, always helpful, and went the extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable. The hotel even arranges transportation for shopping or to/from transportation for th airport. We won't forget this hotel and next time we are in Turkey, this is the hotel we will be staying in again. The view from the restaurant of beautiful mountains and river was so amazing too. Highly recommend it. -Wouhib and family from the USA

Sapa lokasyon
Suite ile ilgili en temel sorun lokasyonu. Ulaşmak için çok dar sokaklardan çıkmak gerekiyor. Bölgedeki apartman ya da evlerin derme çatma görüntüsü de biraz endişe veriyor. Otel alışkanlığı olan benim gibi kişiler için oldukça farklı bir deneyim. Ancak temizlik, iletişim, otele giriş-çıkış konuları oldukça iyi, pek çok 5 yıldızlı otelden daha hızlı oldu.

الشقة كموقع ممتاز بجانبك كل شيء البحر يبعد ٤ دقائق بالسيارة المحلات والمطاعم والمتاجر قريبة يوجد بازار للخضار والفواكة والمنتجات المحلية كل خميس من الصباح إلى المساء في نفس شارع الفندق كان الحجز شقة مطلة على البحر لكن للآسف لم يتم تلبية الرغبة خلال الى٥ ايام كلها كان الحجز بوجود كراسي تتحول آلى سرير وللاسف غير موجودة وهذا يؤثر على المصداقية في الحجز الاثاث مستهلك الخدمات المقدمة في الغرف لا يوجد التكييف والتدفئة ممتازة تعامل الاستقبال بشكل عام ممتاز المطعم في الدور الخامس لم اجربه

Auf der Terasse. Stand eine große Mülltonne, die Mitarbeiter von dem Hotel dürften vorbeigehen, keine Privatsphäre. Vom Schlafzimmerfenster und Kinderzimmerfenster kein Tageslicht, wussten in der Früh nicht ob nacht oder Tag ist.
