I was going on a cruise the cruise dock was right there. The only problem that i had was their bath towels were paper thin. Not very high end. But everythingvelse was great.

Great Location before a cruise
We had a one night stay before our cruise. You cannot find a better location for staying the night before a cruise. Right across the street from Galataport you can walk to the terminal with your luggage. The public train is only a block away to get around sightseeing. We enjoyed our spacious room. The rooftop bar has an excellent view of Istanbul. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Thumbs Up for Nidya Hotel

Great location for cruise port
Hotel staff was fantastic at check in. We stayed one night before departing for a cruise. Great location for the cruise port! Right across the street. The bellman even helped us with our luggage getting to the port. Thank you again!!

Do not stay in suite room
The suite room was not good and clean at all. Not worth it to pay this amount. Elevator was not working for 2 days and they kept say that we are working to fix it( suite elevator)

The hotel rooms are very moderate, the windows are not sealed or tightly closed so you always hear the noise of the street or construction, the AC is noisy and the staff say it is always like that, the breakfast is very poor. The Hotel location is very good but the staff and the property is very poor....

سيء من ناحية ال التنظيف
المكان كان نوعاً ما زين لكن التنظيف جداً سيء اقامتي ٦ ليالي ومن الليله الثاني اتنازع عشان الحمام ام يتم تنظيفه وكل يوم على ذلك واهر يومين الفلاش لا يعمل ولم يتم تنظيفه ولا صيانته بعدر انتي مفروض تذكرينا والرسبشن يدافع عن التنظيف بانها قامت بعملها!! شي سيئ

Very comfortable hotel with the perfect staff
Very well situated, quiet and comfortable. Excellent COVID organization. The only thing I don't like is that there is only liquid soap in the bathroom and nothing else / no shampoo, soap, shower hat and etc. /

Booked to stay here for 5 nights but the property does not match the pictures, everything is old and outdated. Noise from the road is unbearable until 4am due to traffic and hotel management’s dont care if you complain. The showers dont work properly and bathroom is covered in mould. Wont be staying again

The staff were fairly friendly and willing to help with any questions. The room was spacious and quiet and about 15 mins walk from Taksim square and 10 mins walk the the T1 line which goes directto Eminonuand Sultan Ahmet. There was use of a sauna too. The breakfast was good albeit not hugely varied. Ny room had a showerhead which was slightly broken but it didn't really bother me as was a minor thing so i didn't report it. Had i done i feel the hotel would have given it due attention. There is a luggage room in case you check out and have some time before you head to the airport. Overall i really enjoyed the relaxed and professional manner of the hotel and would recommend it.

good location indeed. I stayed 9 days and every night the Ac will shut off automatically. I called and told them every single day and they were not able to find a solution although every day they say it was fixed! it was 3 persons in room and we would wake up in sweat to open it again taking so much time to cool the room. day time we did not mind as we were out all day. Modern 4star hotel . Nice location: tram , ferry docks and metro station nearby. Good eating options from turkish to continental. Staff is really nice and helpful . Breakfast has limited options but at this price its superb

Hotel at good location, staff very helpful tried to accommodate you with everything they could,however if you staying try to have room on higher level with sea view,cuz of road work wouldn't be as noisy, was pity that rooftop bar was closed for winter,overall good experience.

i don't recommend this hotel. we booked a room with a living room and a dining area, they give us a standard room with nothing of these stuff, even there are no a single chair. In addition in that room there where a very bad smell, we ask to change it but they didn't agree. Also the location of this hotel is so bad, it will take about 20 rough mins of vertical walking to taksim square, that you don't need at all.
