Mr. Husnu made our stay at NexthousePera an amazing experience! He is very good at speaking and understanding English and he was extremely resourceful and helpful. He genuinely cared about our experience and he went above and beyond to help us to find good restaurants, safe transportation and beautiful places to see. A big thank you to Husnu as without him our trip wouldn’t be this awesome!

Nexthouse Pera is perfectly located in Beyoglu district and just off Istiklal Ave. so there are hundreds of shops, eateries cafes and restaurant immediately within the vicinity so expect a hustle and bustle all hours. We literally walked everywhere this side of the river especially Galata Tower was only a few mins walk away which is important as traffic and taxis are terrible in the city. The room was good size with a comfortable bed and housekeeping was very good. There is a smart TV so kept the little one entertained with YouTube. The staff are very attentive especially Husni at the front desk helped me with a lot of queries and where to find the best places on our exploration. The one thing I would say however is the lift is quite small so a pushchair was a squeeze. Nevertheless the price, and location made it feel insignificant. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Our stay was really good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is A you can walk everywhere just minutes from the famous Galata Tower, the great 360 Istanbul & Burak restaurant My only concern was the noise the last night we stay, we even called the front desk and nothing.

Great hotel in great location.
Great well appointed hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very helpful and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom very nice. The one downside to this hotel being so close to everything is the noise at night. Other than that this place is perfect!

Centrally located in Pera and easily accessible on foot. The staff are great, and the decor and cleanliness of the rooms is first class. It’s also a bargain!

Perfect choice
Nice boutique hotel in perfect location off Istiklal Caddessi. Exactly like the pictures shows on Hotels. Com. Clean and tastefully decorated. Room has everything you need and is cleaned daily. No breakfast offered but no problem, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. The best part of this hotel was the friendly staff. We felt at home and taken care of. Husnu, the guy at reception was super helpful and always a smile on his face and ready to help. Noisy area, but we new that from a previous visit. The entire Beyoglu and Taksim area is noisy. We definitely recommend Nexthouse Pera Hotel.

The hotel was right in the heart of everything. Lots of walkable things to do. Can be slightly noisy If windows are open. But the staff was very friendly and helpful with all of my needs and requests. I would stay here again.

Perfect location just few steps to Istiklal street and 5 minutes walk to Taqseem Square, service is really good, staff are so helpful, and very clean rooms. I recommend it and would definitely book there when I visit next time..

Great hotel, amazing location, lovely people!
Great hotel right in the middle of the city. The guys were really hospitable and the value for money was incredible. There is a lovely little cafe downstairs where you can relax at anytime with classic Turkish coffees and teas and chat with the locals. I had a friend visiting at the same time who stayed in a different hotel and was amazed at the convenience of where I was. The bed was really comfortable and, one of the more important things, the shower was powerful and warm. You also get a little balcony on all floors apart from the 6th. I pretty much walked everywhere, but would recommend the public transport pass for those that want to visit Sultanahmet as the hotel is about 5 mins walk from a number of major stations too.

A reasonably priced, comfortable boutique hotel
Nexthouse Pera is a comfortable, reasonably priced boutique hotel in a good location. The bed is comfy, the shower is excellent (very good hot water pressure), and the rooms is well appointed. Service was friendly. A couple of warnings: The hotel is around the corner from one of the busiest pedestrian streets in Istanbul, so there can be a little noise at times. (Though not enough to be a bother.) The hotel can be hard to find; the signage is small. And they do not accept American Express as payment.

I would recommend Nexthouse Pera :)
The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the staff at all. The only thing I would comment on is that there was no spare toilet tissue in the WC, we had to ask for one, other than that it was a very comfortable stay, I would definitely go there again.
