Fabulous hotel, couldn’t fault the hotel, service and all the facilities. Only negative is that it’s located away from any shops and the nearest bus transport is a 10 minute walk.

The hotel was beautiful the staff so friendly when you arrive. They are very helpful with all your needs. The view of the golden horn is beautiful. It is a nice and quite hotel which provides excellent friendly service, clean and convenient. It does have an excellent rooftop restaurant which servs variety of delicious Mediterranean meat dishes, great appetizers and dessert.

Such a beautiful experience

Both my wife and I had a very good experience by all means. Service we very good and was worth every penny. Staff were amazing: very helpful and very warm. I remember some of the names in addition to the manager haydar: Salatin, Mert, Mehmet Nahail ... sorry if I spelled any of them incorrectly or if I missed any names. I strongly recommend other tourists to experience this hotel. For sure, in my next visit to Istanbul, I will choose it to stay.
