While I booked for a quadruple room and paid for it extra 15 euros, I was given a one queen and one twin bed for 4 people After showing that I was unhappy about the situation, another staff named Ali stepped in and assisted as much as possible and apologized for the inconvenience

I stayed at this hotel for one night before my flight, and it was exactly what I needed. The location near Istanbul Airport is very convenient, and the price was excellent for what was offered. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a short stay. What stood out the most was the staff—they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I needed anything, they were happy to accommodate and made the stay very easy and pleasant. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient hotel near the airport, I would definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff, clean and budget friendly. Quiet area and planes flying above did not disrupt sleep. Shuttle service was really helpful. Was nice to have food available there as well. After a long flight it was just right to get some rest.

Not suitable for any other activity since it is far from Istanbul city center and any tourist attractions with no reliable transport links. The front desk staff was excellent. The room was clean, however the bathroom was in rough shape. The mirror was broken (an entire corner about 3 sq inches was broken off with jagged edges) and the shower head wouldn't stay at an appropriate height.
