Staff are respectful and willing help, kitchen is open so you can see how is the food cooked. My room was premium and there was awkward smell every time I reported I had immediate respond. There was maintenance need on ceiling and TV need upgrading to smart TV at least in premium room and the sound insulation was not the best. Other than these I am happy hotel standards. Alert note be careful with department store called BOYNER as you turn your head around staff add random items bill my was (shoe care )despite I did not purchase shoe and they only gives you bank slip not the receipt.

Staff was good and helpful. At first, the Air-condition did not work in the room. But the staff was co-operative and helped to change the room. The breakfast could have been better. Needs improvement.

The staff of the hotel is very professional and helpful , but the downfall of this hotel is the location which is far attraction places or transport , size of the room is very small and the worse thing is the pillows and duvets they are very very bad need immediately upgrade and increase the size of them .

Worth your money
The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast spread is excellent. Service is excellent especially rhe front desk personnel, Saleem, very helpful. Location is close to the Kadikoy square.

A great property with professional friendly staff. Requires a 10 minute walk to get to shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to downtown Kadikoy and the water front.

Great place, and great staff. However, with breakfast included booking was a bit too expensive. I would recommend not to book with breakfast as there are many near restaurants that offer great breakfast and cheaper then the one in the hotel.

When I visit the Asian side of Istanbul, this hotel has comfortable room, very nice breakfast, very helpful staff, and a nice gym.

Room is clean and comfort. Staffs are super friendly. The location is not good. Behind the hotel there is a maintenance and repair shop for the city buses, it is very noisy. Otherthan it’s very good hotel.

Great hotel in budget pricing. Low / No noise hotel and conveniently located near main streets. Taxis, Mini Buses and other type of transportation is accessible at walking distance.

Good, comfortable place to stay. The only drawback is the neighbourhood. Not many eateries or convenience stores around. The walk to Metro station is about 10-15 min. Which is ok if you are planning to use public transport system. Taxi drivers are out their to flees tourists all over Istanbul. So this metro station becomes a key in travelling around. Over all it was a good stay in this hotel!
