The property was excellent and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast offering and the spa. The room could be noisy at times, with the sound of closing doors and guests upstairs but it was mostly very relaxing. The location is not particularly noteworthy but it is close to the vibrant neighborhood of Nisantasi.

Nice bedrooms and nice staff, however sheets were ripped with holes in them, flies in bedroom, weird sewage smell from bathroom, walls are NOT soundproof so do not book if you want a good nights sleep, taxi required to commute.

Lovely hotel
Customer service was top notch by the amazing staff at the front desk. Super clean. The surrounding neighborhood is full of cute shops.

Horrible loud room - not worth it
Very loud, in our 4 days stay we haven’t slept a bit. First we were given a big room next to elevator on first floor which was dirty with blood stains on sheet and then we were given another room which was very loud, you can hear people smoking downstairs and every car passing by even with doors and windows locked. To be honest the worse hotel I have ever been to. Spa was horrible, so was the service. Just good breakfast.

Good, inexpensive hotel in a convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Would be nice to have a bit more food variety for breakfast - cooked breakfast food was unidentifiable-looking, other than sausages and boiled eggs.

Great hotel
Room was very clean, had all the amenities needed for my stay. The bathroom was a good size and had a good shower, comfy twin room with space. Breakfast was decent and had variety. Metro is about a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel but takes you straight to the main areas (Taksim, Grand bazaar etc) in 15 minutes which was excellent, staff are very helpful and nothing is too much. Had no time to use the spa. I would recommend this hotel, I would stop here again

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. I was there for 10 days and the staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room - was comfortable with good accommodations Breakfast - was delicious with multiple options, they switch some options depending on the days. Cleaning - always available switch on the Green button for clean or tidy room or Red button for DND (Do not Disturb). Spa and fitness - located on the last (Basement) floor didn't get to try massages hopefully next time! Location - 15 min walk to Osmanbey metro station! I loved the location of the hotel because it was so close to the metro station which was one stop away from Taksim square and the Cevahir Mall in Sisli. Food - You can order using the room service menu and also delivery in another option. There are a lot of restaurants and fast food spots in walking distance (Papa Johns, Pizza hut and Turkish restaurants too Ciragan, Merih Cafe, Çiragan, and Avocado bar) My experience at the hotel was amazing, I truly enjoyed my stay and hopefully will be back in the near future.
