Everything was great apart from extremely noisy air conditioning - started making dripping/ gurgling noises in the middle of the night. We had to switch it off! Then too warm so no real sleep was had which did not start our holiday off on the right foot. No staff on desk to tell when we left at 4.45 in the morning.

"Quick check in, stayed many times before but not recognised by hotel systems, very comfy bed and good sized double room. Superb location on the river and easy walking to the town centre.
