There were four problems with our stay: 1) We arrived early. We understood that checkin time was 4pm; however, there was no indication that any effort was made to help us with an early checkin; 2) When we did get our room, we were assigned a room that shared a wall with the lobby. We could hear noise through the wall. 3) We were assigned a handicapped room, which we did not request, and the staff did not tell us it was a handicapped room. 4) The room next to ours had a dog that barked constantly and through the night.
In addition, the rooms and bathrooms were dated and basically a notch above Motel 6. We expect more for a $300+ per night room.
Breakfast was the high-note of our stay. It was nicely appointed and the food was good.
We will not likely stay there again.
