"A real gem"

"The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. Our stay was great but there were a couple things that we had a bit of an issue with. First off, we didn’t get any room service the whole time we were there, even with the sign on our door requesting it. We had to go to the front desk to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. When we did ask they were very helpful and friendly but it would’ve been nice to have it been taken care of without prompting. We stayed in the building that was broken off from the main cluster of rooms. The other thing that bothered us was the smell of the stairwell to get to our room. It was pretty terrible. So bad to the point that we would hold our breath so we wouldn’t have to breathe it in while going in and out. The terrible smell stayed consistent for our entire stay. The rooms smelled good and fresh, it was just the stairwell. This might not be something every person would take issue with but I have a very sensitive nose, so smell is something I can’t help but consider lol. These issues weren’t anything major and we did have a wonderful stay. With us staying in the off-season, I can see how these things may have gotten overlooked and not prioritized. Besides that, the property is very easy to get to and it’s only about a two minute walk from the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."

"Needs updated.. you can hear the people above you flushing toilets, showering, walking ect… Staff were amazing. Ecspecially Christopher, he called for an in town car rental, and Restraunt reservations. He definately made a huge difference in our stay in a positive way!"

"Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed (bedroom faces the street), and great shower. Nice location near Lighthouse Restaurant. Kitchen has new utensils and plenty of cookware for making meals, just make sure to bring spices and extra coffee. Also, there is no hair dryer. Would stay here again."

"Perfect location for all the adventures we did in Acadia National Park. Close to hiking trails & carriage roads-feasible to walk to starting point. Very quiet location & home is nicely decorated. Beds comfortable & couch and chairs relaxing. Close drive into Bar Harbor for dinners out & shopping. Kitchen good for other meals."

"Loved our stay. Cozy and and the perfect size and layout for our small family. In a quieter section of MDI but 2 minute drive to Acadia entrance and close to everything. Would stay here again in a heart beat."
