"Room was clean and quiet even though we were on the bottom floor. Outdoor pool was clean and the kids were not too wild! The staff was very helpful and pleasant! The beach is right across the street from our room, so very wonderful to be able to walk to the beach each day! Thank you for a wonderful 2 day stay at the Anchorage Motor Inn, York Beach, ME."

"Breakfast was good - variety of choices. Wish they offered fresh muffins. Was a little disappointed with the evening menu. Have stayed here a few times and always looked forward to the dining experience. Found the menu to be limited and basic. The restaurant staff was obviously short handed probably due to new immigration standards however the staff were readily available to help and always pleasant serving with a smile. Room was clean and appropriately decorated. Have stayed at this property many times and used to daily attention to the room. Again probably due to staff shortage. The ambience at the resort is one of tranquility and makes it impossible not to feel like you are on vacation. Overall would definitely recommend giving the Inn a chance and planned to stay again in the future"

"The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The view from our balcony room overlooking the Ogunquit river was beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast included was better than average with many offerings including warm entrees. Nice comfy robes (even slippers included) was a bonus."
