The private pool area is a true highlight, offering a refreshing place to cool off and unwind in the sunshine. Surrounded by lush greenery and swaying palms, the pool deck features comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful, private setting—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



A propane grill is available for guests to enjoy outdoor cooking and al fresco dining. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane.



Enjoy a spacious screened porch is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Lowcountry surroundings. Comfortable wicker seating, vibrant coastal-blue accents, and a ceiling fan create a breezy outdoor retreat for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or unwinding after a day at the beach.



Guest Access:

Guests can enjoy full access to the entire rental property and all its amenities, including the gourmet kitchen, wifi, Smart TVs, laundry facilities, and pool. There’s plenty of parking available in the oversized driveway, located at the back of the house



The Neighborhood:

Beach: Approximately 250 yards away — about a 3–5 minute walk

Wild Dunes Golf: Located within the Wild Dunes Resort, with easy access to both the Links and Harbor Golf Courses

Wild Dunes Resort: Close to the resort’s restaurants, walking and biking trails, and other amenities



Getting Around:

Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.



Other Things to Note:

POOL: Guests and any individuals using the pool at the invitation of the guests do so entirely at their own risk and accept full responsibility for their use of the pool and surrounding poolside areas. Curated Vacation Properties and the property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during pool use.



POOL HEATING: The pool may be heated for an additional fee of $75. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please contact our Guest Services team in advance.



Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



-This is a non-smoking property.

-This house is not a party house and events are not allowed.

-We want you to enjoy your visit and have a good time, but please be mindful of your noise level and occupancy allowances. Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM. No more than 14 adults should be occupying the home. Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes. Please refrain from hanging decorations on walls and surfaces. If policies are not adhered to, fines up to $500 may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.
