This beautiful second row beach house has ocean views and multiple decks, outdoor space, upgrades, and extras. Featuring six bedrooms and 5 ½ baths, 616 Carolina Boulevard is the ideal vacation destination for your family and friends on the Isle of Palms. The private heatable swimming pool and decks beckon you to enjoy the ocean views and breezes. A bonus feature of the pool deck is a large barn door opening into the garage equipped with a ping pong table and other great beach games. After taking in the ocean views from the rooftop deck, the outdoor living and dining area on the main floor deck is the ideal place to reflect upon the day’s activities or simply enjoy the latest beach novel. The huge kitchen is one of the best rooms inside of 616 Carolina Boulevard, with all Jenn Air appliances, gas stove, two ovens, and room to entertain your family while preparing a beach feast. There is seating for 12 in the dining area between the bar and the dining room table. The living area offers seating in comfort and style with a large flat screen television. The laundry room located just off the kitchen has a bonus amenity of a second refrigerator. There are two bedrooms on the main floor.
